Dr. Robin Craven

Dr. Robin Craven is a family physician whose practice spans primary care, emergency medicine, inflammatory skin disorders, ADHD care, and aesthetic medicine. Her broad clinical background allows her to approach each patient with a comprehensive perspective, combining thoughtful assessment with practical, evidence-based care. A graduate of UBC’s Family Medicine Residency Program and recipient of the BC College of Family Physicians R2 Resident Award, Dr. Craven has been recognized for her leadership, advocacy, and commitment to improving access to high-quality medical care. At WestMD, she has particular interests in the assessment and treatment of inflammatory skin conditions and ADHD, and she especially enjoys helping patients navigate ADHD diagnosis and treatment in a supportive, individualized way. She also has an interest in aesthetic medicine, with an emphasis on thoughtful treatment planning and natural, patient-focused outcomes.

Dr. Hardeep Dhandli

Dr. Hardeep Dhandli's medical practice spans primary care, emergency medicine, and the diagnosis and treatment of medical skin conditions. His experience across both community and hospital-based medicine allows him to approach patients with a broad clinical perspective, combining comprehensive assessment with practical, evidence-based care. Dr. Dhandli completed his Family Medicine residency training through Western University and is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. His clinical experience includes emergency medicine and rural and community-based care, which has shaped his strong interest in improving access to quality patient-centred medical services. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr. Dhandli is deeply involved in medical education. He serves as a Clinical Instructor with the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University, an Assistant Professor at Queen’s University, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at McMaster University. Teaching is an important part of his work, and he enjoys mentoring medical learners and helping future physicians develop practical, thoughtful approaches to patient care. At WestMD, Dr. Dhandli has a particular interest in inflammatory and medical skin conditions, including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, rosacea, and disorders of the hair and scalp. He also assesses suspicious skin lesions and possible skin cancers, and performs surgical skin procedures.

Dr. RoxAnne Digney

Dr. RoxAnne Digney is a family physician with a longstanding commitment to community-based medicine and comprehensive patient care. Before becoming a physician, she built an extensive career in medical laboratory technology, working in hospital and public health laboratory settings across Saskatchewan - an experience that continues to shape her thoughtful and analytical approach to medicine. After pursuing her long-held goal of becoming a physician, Dr. Digney completed her medical training and returned to Saskatchewan for Family Medicine residency. At WestMD, Dr. Digney provides comprehensive family medicine and GP skin consultations for inflammatory skin conditions including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, rosacea, and other common dermatologic concerns. She brings a broad primary-care perspective to each consultation and values taking the time to understand the bigger clinical picture behind a patient's symptoms. Her approach is practical, patient-centred, and focused on helping patients feel informed and involved in decisions about their treatment.

Dr. Maghsod Ekhlas

Dr. Maghsod Ekhlas has experience and clinical interest in emergency medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, primary care, and inflammatory skin conditions. His broad clinical background allows him to care for patients across a wide range of concerns, from preventive and chronic disease management to acute injuries and urgent medical presentations. Dr. Ekhlas completed his residency training through Western University, where his academic work included quality improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening chronic disease and diabetes care in the primary care setting. At WestMD, Dr. Ekhlas provides GP skin consultations and surgical skin consults for inflammatory skin conditions including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, rosacea, and other common dermatologic concerns. He also has a particular interest in musculoskeletal medicine, sports-related injuries, joint and soft-tissue concerns, and comprehensive primary care. He takes a practical, evidence-informed approach to helping patients understand the source of their symptoms and develop treatment plans that support both symptom control and long-term health.

Dr. Roya Havai has extensive experience as an emergency physician and a family physician with vast expertise in caring for patients across both community and acute-care settings. Her broad clinical background allows her to approach each patient comprehensively, whether managing ongoing primary-care concerns, assessing a new medical problem, or addressing more urgent presentations. Dr. Havai completed her medical training at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Her career has included providing both primary and hospital-based care in BC, giving her considerable experience practising broad-scope family medicine. At WestMD, Dr. Havai provides GP skin consultations for inflammatory skin conditions including psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo, acne, rosacea, and other common dermatologic concerns. She combines this with her broad family and emergency medicine experience to assess patients thoughtfully and identify when a skin concern may be part of a wider medical issue. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, practical treatment plans, and helping patients understand both their diagnosis and the options available to them.
